Christmas Order Shipping & Rush order
Rush order for Christmas: All orders purchased with the Rush Order option will be shipped out within 5 workings days. In the case that your order is not shipped out within 5 working days, a full refund of your rush charge will be issued to you
Christmas cut off date for Hong Kong customers: The cutoff date for all Christmas orders will be midnight of December 10, 2018. The Rush order cut off date will be midnight of December 13, 2018
Christmas cut off date for international customers: Standard international shipping takes 3-10 business days. Customers can email us to get a quotation for faster courier service to ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas!
All orders will be dispatched within 7-10 business days of order confirmation.
For all deliveries within China, Hong Kong & Macau (Flat rate of 40HKD) are shipped by SF express that normally takes 2-3 business days.
Countries outside of China, Hong Kong & Macau are shipped via express courier that normally takes 3-10 business days.
Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number from us.
International shipping costs are determined by weight and you will receive a shipping quote during checkout. Of note, all International packages are subjected to taxes and duties upon delivery. Little Days will not be responsible for the cost of clearing your items through customs.
Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to guarantee any shipping time, as circumstances that affect shipping aren't under our control.

Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are made just for you, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges of personalized or sale items. Should you receive a product that is faulty, please notify us within 3 days of receipt and include a photo of defect to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange a refund or exchange.
For non-personalized orders, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Products must be in their original condition and in their original packaging to qualify a return.
All returns need to be shipped and handled at your own cost, except products that were damaged upon receipt (see first paragraph).

Due to the nature of different digital displays, the colors of our products may differ between different screens, we have tried our best to accurately depict the colour of our products through our images and color descriptions.
